They envision a
world in which people meet the physical and emotional needs of domestic animals and
change their interaction with animals evolving from exploitation and harm to respect
and compassion. Their missions is to place needy animals in responsible homes, provide
humane education, and encourage spaying and neutering because there are not enough
homes.

Their missions
is to educate law enforcement, animal care professionals, interested agencies, and
individuals in aspects of animal cruelty, and the relationship of animal cruelty
to forms of assaultive behavior and abuse against people. Also to increase awareness
and effectiveness of animal cruelty laws in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

An animal rights
